TFL = Tensor Fasciae Latae: it's very common for this muscle to be tender on people. Part of the reason why is because it is a compensatory muscle for the glute medius and glute minimus, which is weak in a lot of people. in this video, I'm showing you a couple different ways that you can start to bring stability to those gluteal muscles while helping the TFL take a break.
